What this place is

Mini Empire is a launchpad. You connect a Telegram bot token, pick a prepared product engine and you have something live in minutes. Nothing is reviewed, approved or endorsed before it goes out — that is what makes this a launchpad and not a store.

Telegram products moved the way tokens did. Launching one used to be a project; now it is an afternoon. Most are experiments. A few turn into real businesses, plenty are gone in a week, and both outcomes are ordinary here. Mini Empire exists because that is how this ecosystem actually works, not in spite of it.

So this page is short on warnings and clear on ownership. A project's rules, its rewards and its payouts are that project's promises. They are real, and the person who launched it is the one who makes them and the one who answers for them.

1 · Who is who

Three different parties appear in every sentence below, and mixing them up is what these Terms exist to prevent.

Creating a project means accepting these Terms. The acceptance is recorded with its date and version at the moment the project is created.

2 · What Mini Empire provides

Tools and the place to run them: prepared product engines (referral bots, mining, airdrop, game and reward Mini Apps), a dashboard for your whole portfolio, broadcasts, tasks, promotion and analytics.

The service comes as is. Software goes down, third-party APIs change and blockchains reorganize. We work to keep the platform up and do not guarantee that it always will be; our liability is limited to what you have paid the platform.

3 · What the creator is responsible for

If you build a project here, it is your product. That means:

• Its rules and its promises. Rewards, prices, task conditions, minimums, waiting times and anything your project tells its users.
• Its money. The project wallet is yours and under your control. Funding it, honoring the balances your project shows and paying the withdrawals it approves are your obligations, not the platform's.
• Its users. Support, complaints and disputes. Your support destination is shown by the /terms command inside your bot; keep it configured and attended.
• Its legality. Complying with the law that applies to you and to your users, including taxes, consumer rules, advertising rules, gambling and financial-promotion rules, and Telegram's own terms.
• Its data. Handling the personal data of your users lawfully, and honoring their requests about it.

You also agree to hold Mini Empire harmless from claims arising out of the project you operate.

4 · Money: who holds it

Every project runs on its own wallet. It is created for the project, its recovery phrase is shown to its owner, and the money in it belongs to that project — never to Mini Empire. User deposits land there. Payouts leave from there.

Mini Empire operates the signing infrastructure that sends those payouts, because that is what makes automatic withdrawals work: the platform executes what the owner's configuration instructs. It does not pool that money with anyone else's, does not spend it, does not lend it and does not decide who gets paid. The rules that move it are the owner's rules.

So the platform will not pay a user on an owner's behalf, will not reverse a transfer once it is on the blockchain, and will not settle a dispute about a balance. Those belong to whoever runs the project.

What you pay to Mini Empire is a different thing: ownership unlocks, broadcast credits, promotion orders and extra project slots are platform products, paid once and final. They create no obligation of the platform towards your users.

5 · Free plan, ownership and platform monetization

Launching costs $0. A free project carries Mini Empire branding and platform monetization: platform ads, a sponsored slot and global tasks can be shown to its users, and that revenue is ours. That is what pays for the free launch — nobody is doing anybody a favor, it is the deal.

Want it clean? One-time ownership unlocks remove the branding and the platform monetization: $15 per bot, $69 per Mini App, per project. Prices can change for new purchases; what you already bought is never repriced.

Ownership changes what shows inside your product and who earns from the ads. It does not change who answers for the project. Sections 3 and 4 read the same for free and for owned projects, and /terms keeps working in both.

6 · What is not allowed

• Taking deposits and disappearing. Collecting money from users and then abandoning, deleting or emptying the project instead of honoring its balances.
• Presenting Mini Empire as the operator of your project, or implying that the platform guarantees, insures or endorses its rewards.
• Guaranteed-return, pyramid or Ponzi propositions, or any promise of profit the project cannot fund.
• Impersonation of a real person, company, token or brand you do not represent.
• Illegal content or activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or anything that breaks Telegram's terms.
• Abusing the platform itself: fake accounts to farm slots or affiliate commissions, automated abuse of promotion, or attempts to bypass platform monetization on a free project.
• Evading enforcement by creating new accounts after a ban.

7 · Enforcement

When a project or an account violates these Terms, Mini Empire may suspend the project, remove it, withhold platform features, and permanently ban the account and any related accounts. Payments made to the platform are not refunded in that case.

Enforcement is about access to the platform. It is not a recovery mechanism: Mini Empire still cannot return funds it never held. That is precisely why deposits, balances and payouts must be treated as obligations from the day a project opens them.

8 · If you are using a bot built here

Someone built it, and that someone runs it. Not Mini Empire. Free projects say so in a line at the bottom of their welcome message, and every project answers /terms.

That is worth knowing before you decide anything, and it is not a warning: it is how a launchpad works. Some projects here are careful and long-lived. Others are a weekend idea. The difference is the person behind them, so find out who that is.

1. Find out who runs it

   Send /terms to any bot built here. It answers with who operates it and where its support is.

2. Ask that project's support first

   Balances, deposits, tasks, prizes and payouts are set and paid by the owner of the project. They are the only party who can resolve them.

3. Report abuse to Mini Empire

   If a project defrauds its users, tell us. We cannot move money we never held, but we can and do remove projects and ban the accounts behind them.

9 · Data

To run a project, the platform stores what the product needs: Telegram account identifiers, project configuration, balances and activity generated inside each project, and technical signals used to detect fraud and multi-account abuse. Secrets such as bot tokens and wallet phrases are stored encrypted.

Within a project, the creator decides what is collected and shown, and is the party responsible for their users' data. Mini Empire processes it to provide the service, to prevent abuse and to comply with the law, and does not sell it.

10 · Changes, law and contact

These Terms may change. The current version is shown at the top of this page; substantial changes get a new version number, and creating a project records which version was accepted. Continuing to operate a project after a change means accepting the version in force.
